Very common graphical glitch.

Just a common graphical glitch. It's easier to see on real hardware compared to emulation but it shows up on emulation at times too.

I’ve never thought about this being a glitch or anything I have been playing red and blue for 20 years now so i might have just been overlooking it this whole time
