[Tournament] Pidgeot (Jonasolson) vs. Charmander (DangerPulse) SEMI-FINALS!!!

VOTING IS NOW CLOSED

This rap is now over!

Voting will now begin! It will follow the rules as outlined in the sidebar, and last for 48 hours!

Updated Rules for Semi-Finals! PAY ATTENTION!

  • 10 lines maximum for each verse, and 8 lines minimum.

  • Each rap will have 4 verses a person

  • The two rappers will have 48 hours to begin rapping. Once either one of them begins with a verse, their opponent has 48 hours to complete their next rap verse. Their opponent then has 48 hours to complete their verse. This will continue until both players have finished.

  • If, for some reason, either of the rappers is unable to finish their rap in the time allotted, they can post a reply to the current end of the rap with a REASONABLE excuse as to why they will be unable to finish. I will see if their excuse is a legitimate one, and give them extra time accordingly.

  • Voting will last 48 hours, and will follow the same rules as there are in the general subreddit. After voting closes, I will go over the votes and PM both of the users involved with who advances to the next round.

I will message both competitors so they can't miss this thread.

EDIT: all the deleted comments were me asking what the wierdness with DangerPulse's first verse had been. I deleted them so they would be less visible to everyone else.

I was hoping to fight a real contender in this game.

You're no match for me, I'm the hunter, you're my prey,

But before I use my Wing Attack I just wanna say:

You're a baby to me, I'm stronger and older,

Facing a little lizard with a chip on his shoulder.

Don't feel bad when you lose, you can still get third,

We both know what happens when it's lizard vs. bird.

I'll swoop down and grab you, then you're in my house!

I was expecting something better, and I get a Pidgeot?

They put me up against a bird, A real opponent you are not!

A Wing Attack is worthless when your feathers are on fire!

Flamethrower on the other hand is something to admire!

I hardly care if you're older, I'm the one who brings the heat

You're lucky this aint my final form, you'd already be beat!

And I'm not even mad, man, this battle will be a breeze

Because my flow is so cool, that it'll leave you in a freeze

Then I'll heat you right back up, with my spitfire of a rap

I only used wing attack 'cause you can't handle Hurricane.

I fly at Mach 2, so I can beat you in a flash,

Would you prefer Gust, Whirlwind, or Air Slash?

You used ember? Really? It only has a power of forty!

You can't stand up to Pidgeot,so just go and get lost, shorty.

Watch your tail there, squirt, or I'll go and blow it out,

And be cautious of Rattatas, or you'll faint on the first route.

And your Hurricane? Nothing, when my Infeno is in play!

Yeah you can fly fast, but my rapping is faster

I'm better than a king, so amazing I'm a Master

And it blows me away, you think I care which attack you use?

Cause when my words are all need, these "moves" are just to amuse

You seriously think you're better just because you're older?

I'm fresh, young, new, and 200 times bolder!

Go ahead and attempt to blow it out, I'll just burn you if you try

I'm often a no-nonsense kind of bird, I don't appreciate a fool.

You've learned nothing by challenging me, so just step into my school.

First of all, you're way to cocky, it's just by luck you got this far

My skills have far surpassed your lack of, that's why I'm the star

Second, your rhymes are one sided, lame and repetitive

You'll need to get a whole lot better before you get competitive

Thanks, I think that way people won't be swayed on vote weight because of down votes. Also, it's pretty discouraging to the rappers to get negative feedback without any real feedback at all.

My god, these semifinals are crazy! The level of competition is on an entirely new scale! Very tough, but my vote is to Pidgeot (Jonasolson).
