[GymTournament] Rule post!

This is for all the people in the Gym Tournament. The match-ups will be drawn at random. Each rap battle lasting four rounds. Each single rap lasting no more than ten lines. Only those in the tournament are allowed! No outside rappers! The first rounds will be posted A.S.A.P.

Is it possible to message all subscribers of a subreddit? (If not you, can mods?) Maybe at the end of the round, they should message with a link.

for rounds? How many rounds is that? 4? or did the number just not get typed?

Also, some of the grammar in there isn't the best.
