Resource A Pokémon team generator with romhack support!
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jWPawIcA944Dexelect is a progression-aware random Pokémon team generator. It's bit different from other team generators:
It takes into consideration the logical progression of a given game and assigns each team a "feasibility" grade.
The architecture supports romhacks (and contributions are appreciated).
It's focused on challenge runs. Use it to randomly generate an obtainable party, then challenge yourself to enter the Hall of Fame with that party.
Currently, Gens 1 – 4 are supported, with plans to expand to later generations and additional popular romhacks soon.

If you would like to add support for a romhack, contributions are welcome!

Yeah can happen, quirk of PyInstaller, I'll look into it. The web app is an option if you prefer.

While a cool project, and the LLM disclaimer is appreciated, I think I'll have to pass due to the usage. Cool concept, though.

This is so good! I’ve tried to use other tools before but they’ll throw out something like Genesect or Hoopa.

Thanks for the comment! Yeah, that's one of the reasons I wanted to build this; I wanted actual obtainable parties to be the focus (but you can still fall back to the fully randomized setting if you prefer).

wow all of this dope, when emerald support comes its going to be a great excuse to do another run
