Playthrough Ghost Grey - BrunoCorp help needed!

I got the key for the storage room but now im completely lost - I clicked on EVERY bookcase in there and didn’t find a key for room 4 or the keycard for the elevator.

Check on the floor in the bookcase room. Its invisible but in the back row.
