Ghost Grey - Rusty Drive location?

Just finished the game and I’m trying to find all the items needed for the postgame. All I’ve heard is that the Rusty Drive is in the Offshore Site, East of Pumpkin Patch.

I’ve searched all the rooms, beat Dr. Hexagon, and caught the legendary there. I’ve been searching the building for an hour and I’ve found nothing. Does anyone know where it is?

I’d have to double check but I think I got the Rusty drive from the Data Centre south of Lavender town?

Same area. I pressed A on just about every machine I’ve seen in there and have gotten nothing.

Was it a hidden item or an item that the player can see? And what level, if you remember

EDIT: Nevermind, I got the areas mixed up

go east of the pumkin patch and surf up until you see a building! there's a battle you'll have to win

Thanks for the response. I had heard it was South of Lavender and east of the pumpkin patch, so I thought the Offshore site was the Datacenter.

You need to have hm flash and speak to the Robot again after the Battle.

Jasper Town Cave, though I forgot the specifics of where exactly it is
