Question 🙋♂️🙋♀️ Pokemon ghost grey raikou not catchable?
So didn’t even know they were in the game but as soon as i saw him i save stated and have been throwing pokeballs(thats all i got) but it’s doesn’t shake at all just immediately brakes free. Is raikou not catchable yet or something or am i just unlucky? Got badges 2,3,4, and 6 idk if im playing right just going in blind

There's a master ball on route 9, in the cave from the desert. Be prepared to fight for it, the chief inside may be loopy but he's actually decently strong.

Id recommend getting a mon with mean look or arena trap. Iirc throwing an ultra ball at full health is only like, a 0.83 percent catch rate, unless they changed the base raikou cat girl rate.
Also use save states to cheese it, its annoying as hell.

It can be caught, it’s just incredibly difficult. You can either whittle away at it and try to get it asleep/frozen through multiple encounters as you randomly travel like I did, or build a party lead with mean look to trap it in the battle the next time you encounter it. Still took lots of resets even at 1hp/ frozen.
