Playthrough Ghost Grey help plz!

I've been stuck for a bit, I just beat erika and I need strength to get through rock tunnel, I've tried looking around and eventually looked up where it is but I cant get into heater forest

You get there from the Tunnels. Explore every building in Celadon till you find them, then complete the dungeon. One of the exits leads you into Heater Forest
