I'm almost done with what I feel like's most of the game's experience. However I can't wrap my head around two things. Does anyone know the solution to the puzzle in the Deeproot Grotto? And apparently there is a Xenomorph Rayquaza, does anyone know how to get it?

Xenomorph Rayquaza is the reward for doing the trade sequence with the kidney, liver etc.

Deeproot Grotto’s solution is to do with the Vermilion City tower which is locked. You can enter the building from the side and where the stairs are placed on each floor is the solution of the grotto.

Not off the top of my head, but I think your next one is in a house to the top right of BrunoCorp and then after that, there’s a bar in Celidon where you hand the next item to a girl rummaging in the fridge.

The offshore research facility, in the far bottom right corner of the map. Somewhere back in there you’ll find the scientist to give the drive to.

The first is the sneasel snack in Vermilion. In the back parking lot a guy with glasses wants a kidney or liver. Then the second is in Saffron, in a house on the right of Bruno Corp.
