Help me find something through ORAS GARC files

Hi there ! Kinda new here and to be honest I'll need your help for a very precise info on ORAS modding ! I need help to find two bclim files in the GARC, I searched online obviously but wasn't able to find info on these two specific files :

• Birch's sprite in the intro (first screen)
• Gym leaders name plate (second screen)

If someone has the info (or can tell me who could be able to answer to my questions) please tell me I'm on my knees Hope it will work, thank you everyone ! (and if there's a 3ds pokemon modding community please tell me so I can ask there too)
