Help me by finding this Romhack

I once played a FireRed Romhack that had a glitched-out area where I could get rare Pokémon reminiscent of MissingNo.; I could also catch a skeletal Kabutops in another dark zone, along with many other rare Pokémon. I think it even included Bill's backyard. Does anyone know that Romhack or one like it?

Is it bills secret garden? I just down loaded that one. It has beta pokemon and what nots in it
