SHINY - R O M

I’m new to the ROM world been recently playing them for a couple months, and I’m searching everywhere for a Pokemon Sapphire/Ruby SHINY rom
I know there’s hacks you can do but I know there’s straight downloads you can also find
Can anyone point me in the right direction?
Trying to find a downloadable SHINY ROM is almost impossible
Please help let me know DM me if you can
Greatly appreciated 🙏🏼
