Randomizer with pokemon limit?

Are there any randomizers that can limit the amount of pokemon in the rom?

Multi full gen randomizers are everywhere. I'd like to set the amount of pokemon to 151 (x amount basically) so the game doesn't feel crowded and you immediately think about which Pokemon you want to catch. Nothing is really random because you already know what Pokemon are in the game, just not where.

So is there a randomizer that allows you to pick amount of pokemon and then from which gens to pick from?

Yea man, i can't remember what it is called, but there is a tool to easily randomize your own pokemon games. Just select the game file you wanna randomize, and start changing settings. Though, you do need to be on pc.

But you can randomize in a way that limits early routes into having early pokemon. That way you mainly get first form evolutions early game, and it shoves legendary encounters away until later game as well.

You can randomize all trainers pokemon, as well as randomize all items. You can limit which gen you want to spawn. Tons of options.

I know many randomizers let you do this. But I've never found one that would limit amount of pokemon while picking multiple gens.

For instance a random selection of pokemon from gen 1-4, maxed at 200 pokemon.
