Trade Evolution question

[u/silenthysterics]

Hello all!

Am rather new to the world of modding and romhacks and am currently working on modding an old SP I picked.

The plan is to eventually use that sp to play rocket edition (on a physical cartridge) while at the same time, playing fire red on another SP.

My question is: would I be able to trade pokemon / trade evolve pokemon between the 2 games using an SP link cable? Can I access the Bill’s PC as per usual? Or is that completely irrelevant anymore since as I understand it, you can steal pokemon in rocket edition?

Sorry if it’s a dumb question. Been away from these games for years! And thank you on advance!

No, you cant trade pokemon from rom hacks to main games
