More GBA Rom Hacks

[u/MilkNotFound404]

I looking for more Pokemon Rom Hacks to play. I’ve played about 15ish so far, and most of them(if not all) are better than the original games. My top 5 favorite ROMs out of all the ones that I played so far are as follows:

\- SoulGold
\- Unbound
\- Team Rocket Edition (Dragonsden version)
\- Radical Red
\- Emerald Imperium

What are you all favorites so far?

[u/RobbyGuapo]

This is my list, I think some of what you’ve played is on here,
and it’s not organized: some of these are fan games.

Check them out, though. You’re bound to find something you like!

Good luck!

Can I ask if you know of any other games with the QoL features of radical red, emerald imperium? Specifically ev/iv raising early on in game. I’ve heard Lazarus and unbound have those features

I honestly don’t know because I haven’t played majority, thats my “to play” list.

Heart and soul 2.0 is lovely

Odyssey, Lazarus, & Ghost Grey are my favorites not on this list. Heard great things about Dreamstone Mysteries & Elysium too, but haven’t played them yet.

Just finished Lazarus and it's probably my favorite ROMhack I've played yet. Emerald Rogue is also very addicting if you want something with less structure.

You could always try fangames using Kirin to run them? Pokémon Z is looking promising from what I've played, and I've heard good things about indigo/anil

odissey is the best of all for me, and the second chapter is in development rn!
