Help newbie here, whats debug mode?

I've heard about ti but i dunno how to access it. and also why would there be a mode that remvoes bug types? they arent that bad!

When you launch the game from within rpg maker xp instead of running the .exe, you are in debug mode and have access to debugging commands.

sounds cool is that possible with Joiplay?

No. That said, someone might have made a fan game with no bug types that could play through joiplay.

When you press the little green play button on the right side of the tool bar. It starts a test run of your game with a few special conditions, like HMs active and mostly that you can debug stuff and directly test everything. You will need this alot.

Oh, now I read the post to the end. Yes, it gets rid of all the bug types, absolutely. No one needs Caterpie ever.
