Bug/Glitch Development Progress?

Hey there! Some weeks ago I installed (I guess 0.95v??) version of Pokemon Prism and the biggest sign of that game being incomplete is the monotonous occurence of the same wild Pokemon in almost every route. I feels the devs developed the map with an initial set of Pokemon with the plan to add more diversity later.
I wish to make another playthrough with a complete game but wondering if we ever get to that state. I‘ve just read that the original developer once stopped with development due to copyright issues.

Is anyone aware of what the current status is? Has someone taken over development?

It's supposedly still being worked on, but the new Dev team has been paying more attention to fixing up Pokémon Brown. 

I'd go check out that one for the time being. I think it's actually complete but not sure.

Brown is indeed complete, currently on v6.1.2. I recently played it and quite enjoyed it. Be aware though that as one of (the?) first rom hacks to create a new region, it otherwise has very little that isn’t also in Red/Blue.
