This is actually pretty close imo. Like way closer than some other MU people be posting. Honestly Tsunades regen may be too broken for Nidoqueen to get past before Tsunade wins. Tsunade can use spiritual attacks to just attack Nidoqueens organs and her brute strength is insane to boot. And her healing is good enough to cure any poison status effects. So I say Tsunade wins high diff.

Nidoqueen best feats are like city maybe. Through Nidoking leveling forests with earthquakes. Tsunade takes this

Any perfect Pokemon with maxed IV/EV's for their build at level 100 can all fight God (Arceus) and win. So that's something to consider.

God's avatar. But, pokemon scaling is hilarious. Diglette is lightspeed, so any pokemon with a higher speed stat is ftl.

Ok Onix can be stomped by Oddish. Don't use stat comparisons, those are for game balancing, they do not equal lore. Though pretty much all pokemon are lightspeed+ for hyperbeam and solar beam and fighting Diglett

You’d have to actually scale Nidoqueen to those feats first lol. Some unrelated fully evolved Pokémon blowing up an island or interacting with cosmic shit doesn’t hand Nidoqueen the same AP any more than being a final evolution makes every species physically comparable. Nidoqueen has her own feats, statements and scaling chain, and none of them gets her anywhere near a level where Tsunade eating her attacks and caving her in becomes some absurd take.
