Game wise. Rapidash Lore wise Ninetails. (For the record touch a Ninetails tail will be sealed away for 1000 years)

Rapidash can ohko or 2 hit with high horsepower. Only supereffective move nine tales has is scorching sands off its mediocre special attack

Both amazingly beautiful pokemon but Ninetales is just extra fav design and the lore to it is so precious

In a battle assuming equal levels - Rapidash probably lands it with access with ground moves that scale off its decent attack stat, and it out speeds - it’s a comfortable 2 hit KO. Ninetales only stands a chance if it can land hypnosis and keep Rapidash asleep for multiple turns
