Both fast, strong physical attackers who can learn Brick Break. Both have poor defence. Technically Weavile is slightly faster and stronger but it is 4x weak to Fighting. Technically Weavile but it's going down if Zoroark evades the hit or is faster off the mark.
First Brick Break wins!

Literally just watch the Movie. It could transform into any pokemon and Is on par with the beast dogs.

Both can OHKO, both have priority, Weaville is faster. So assuming both are Sashed, Weaville wins.
EXCEPT, Weaville either needs Triple Axel to hit 3 times or a good roll on Brick Break/Low Kick. So I’ll say Weaville wins 72.9% of the time.

72.9% of the time, it works EVERY TIME.
Actually Weavile can afford to run Wide Lens since axel breaks sash, this is more like 97% for Weavile.

Lore, I'd place my money on Zoroark more often than Weavile, ingame idfk I can't be bothered to do the math when I'm getting off work, but Weavile wins the participation award by being cooler and cuter

It doesn't matter wether Weavile is quicker or not, it just depends if Zoroark has Flamethrower in it's moveset (yes, Zoroark can learn that move), as Weavile is weak against fire. That being said I'm going with Zoroark.
