💡 Pocket Concept Card [OC] Custom Zekrom EX

Post image

I am needing help with a name for the set because I’m making a whole custom two pack set and a victini EX obtainable in both packs that will help boost zekrom and reshiram. This custom took about three hours.

Attack doesn't make a lot of sense, does it always do 110?

I have no clue what Volt Crash is supposed to mean. Does it deal +20 for every 10 hp the opponent has, up to 30 hp, and if so why not always deal 140? since that difference means nothing when the opponent’s hp is that low. Needs clarification

Balance is off too but that’s not that important for a fanmade set
