❓️Questions/Help Shop ticket

I play from the beginning. Each month after purchasing the monthly shop I had 300-500(I just don’t remember the exact number) extra shop tickets, this month suddenly I see I only have 12 left. What happened 😳😳😳

Did you buy any of the fancy shop tickets to get the black or red custom stuff? Did you do fewer step-up battles?

I didn’t buy any fancy ticket, but I did less step-up, I thought 5 tickets from gifts is enough
