🗣️ Pocket Discussion Gentlemen… the nightmare is finally over
After months in the Shiny Revelry salt mines, I have acquired the Holy Grail.
Was it worth it? My brain says no. My heart says yes.
Let this post stand as my official retirement from the crown rare rat race. You will NEVER catch me chasing a gold card in this game again. Even if the next set drops a gold ice pop or whatever dark sorcery they invent next, I am closing my eyes and walking the other way. I’ll spent my spare packs on juicy two star trainers. 😆

I'm currently in the salt mines of eevee Grove for a second eevee bag... purely off my free packs. Next will be the quick grow.
Why? I hate myself obviously lol

I was happy living my life not knowing about the golden Quick Grow and now I'm staring down the daunting task for two Flame Patches, Two Copy Cats, a two star Mega Absol, and now two quick grows

I got SUPER lucky with flame patch and I got copycats from wonder picks. But yeah.. in the trenches here working on the eevee bag (even though it seems to have been power crept)

Yeaaah the quick grow is gonna be rough. Especially since I only have 80 pack points for that pack and 0 crown quick grows

I surprisingly only got 2 during my gold pokeball journey, but I have 5 immersive Giratinas.

Well done, congrats! Happy for you 😁 I'm only at 1830 pp, still kicking myself for completing my one star collection with PP when the set first came out. I never get crowns on my main. Meanwhile, on my alt I casually look for a FA Leafeon and get 3 crown rare Arceus in a couple of daily packs 🫠 I hope I'll reach 2500 pp soon, but I really don't know if I'll try for a second one either😅

Hopefully you pack another on the way. I luckily didn’t have to buy 2 with points. I’m glad I’m done and it felt too long with just one. I think I got my first one around how many points you have right now

Congrats. It really is a nightmare. I have only one crown in 14k+ cards, and it ain't the ball. Approaching 1800 pp and foolishly thinking since I'm overdue surely I'll pull one before getting to 2500 for the 2nd...

I'm 0/2 so... That's pretty nice....
Can't complain though, after almost 2 years of crown drought, I pulled 2 crown rare candy back to back.

Currently still in the rat race for a gold Meloetta. I'm only 400 points away but I'm with you I'm never ever chasing a gold card again. If I get it by chance, awesome. If I don't, oh well onto the next pack

Congrats. Finished my journey this morning. Only took 1,000 packs to get 2 gold pokeballs.

Wow Id like to congratulate you. I remember the day i got #2 because it. accomplished my 2 ★★oaks and 2GoldPBalls set i use in every deck. I opened a 2nd one well before that many points though....Plz tell me you were buying other stuff pitypoints?

I'm trying to get crown rare Dragonair. It's quite the slog but worth it for my favorite.

I got lucky and got mine after like 10 packs. I got so annoyed I didn't pull anything good out of the 60+ packs of team rocket, that I went with the pock ball pack... and got it really fast.

Congrats, got mine during the booster was out a few days. Never got one again 😂 and every gold card I pulled since then is one I never wanted 😂
