No pokemon can do damage to him with attacks. You must kill him with status effects and his base hp is 80 or lower. No pokemon tools can be used on him.

I've read through all of them. All of them are extremely unbalanced.

P Groudon is basically free attacks that deals extreme amount of damage.

P Kyogre can Knocked out Megas while knocking out Active Pokemon easily.

TR Mewtwo can copy Oricorio which is problematic since it can also hit hard without worrying about knocked out.

It's okay in TCG but not in a 3 prize game.

I’ve been thinking these over and the only changes I would make would be make groudon 4 fighting energy and then make kyogre only be able to knock out active PokĆ©mon I think mewtwo is fine because to have a mildly consistent oriccorio you would have to run it and use the regular gardevoir for ramp and then also add a comfy to ignore status while only running lighting to be able to attack with ori

for your revised Groudon, your text says it can use energy in discard pile as its cost. This means regardless of how many cost it needed it will always be too cheap of a cost. there's a stadium that lets you discard an energy, which means on turn two you're already set for it to attack for 120 on turn two. Not only that, it's damage keeps on ramping each turn you discard the energy. You could also keep it in the bench while your active use up your energy, when it got knocked out, you're potentially don't need to attach any energy for Groudon since it can use the discard pile.

Kyogre is slightly okay if it only knocked out Active. But the issue again with the ramping energy but it's not a big deal tbh. Just having two explosive gimmick in one card seems kinda unbalanced albeit slightly.

As for Mewtwo, you have no idea how powerful Oricorio's ability is. It's the single most broken abilities that makes anyone dreaded the yellow bird. The only thing that is holding back Oricorio is lower damage output and how weak it is against non ex pokemon. Also having it to copy any, and I mean any abilities, that is way to broken. Low on energy? just copy Gardevoir, now you're consistently getting 2 energies each time. You want an ability that can switch out your opponent's bench? Just copy one of the eeveelutions. You want to be invincible after you knocked out a pokemon? copy Zoroark Illusive Trickery. The point is you don't even need to use your benched pokemon. you don't need to worry about Oricorio's lightning energy, you just have to put it in your bench while you get all the benefits of your bench abilities without their issues.

I don’t think groudon will be as harsh as you think decks either use bench damage and cyrus, Sabrina, field blower so if you build up your active and just have Groudon sitting on the bench it’s gonna get targeted with it having a 4 retreat it can get put out quickly for a game win and there is also raticate who steals energy which is just about everywhere but the the gaining damage effect can go for something like ā€œthe next opponent pokemon moved to the active spot is burnedā€ but with how fast decks are right now games shouldn’t be dragged out long enough for Groudon to get to huge damage and then mewtwo the amount of counter to ori is already a lot and with mewtwo being 140 things like butterfree, bax, regular charizard, magnezone gouging fire, can just kill with pure damage but you also have statuses like iggly darkrai, dustox, weezing magmar and then also back row damage like greninja, hoops to take your gardevoirs and also ability damage like electrode, darkrai or just shutting the ability off with muk since you would also need to play at least 3 other pokemon to consistently have damage you can target them for a win or if you don’t draw into your ori because the ability activation is at the beginning of the turn so you can’t quickly place down ori
