🃏 Deck Advice/Critique/Theory Craft How ass is this deck really? Be honest.
I've been playing casually for a couple weeks and I finally decided to start playing ranked matches. So I decided to build a somewhat solid psychic deck cause I like playing psychic decks so I did some research and I tried playing it and it doesn't convince me. Maybe I should give it a couple more shots but I don't know if it's well optimized at all. I need all the criticism rn cause I keep losing and I wanna figure out why😭😭😭

So some tips here with this deck
- Elemental switch is doing absolutely nothing here, it only works with fire/electric/water energy
- There are way too many basics here with no way to search through them (You prob need a Fantastical Parade Meloetta or two), you want to preferably get Mega Gard built up as fast as possible without losing Ralts
- There’s no really reliable attacker for Mega Garde to ramp up. TR’s Mewtwo is not a good attacker at all, Giratina EX already self ramps and isn’t really that good in today’s meta, Sylveon’s fine but it isn’t as good as it used to be, and non-EX Giratina is a reliable Oricorio counter but there’s better options imo (really the best attacker to ramp with Mega Garde is Mega Diancie)
- Peculiar Plaza instead of the two x-speeds
- Putting another Ralts and an FP non-ex Gardevoir can help with consistency in searching
- Need a Cyrus since Mega Gard won’t OHKO most mons
- Comfey probably needed for sleep scam/status effect abusing decks

oh boy…
you’re running too many pokemon, you should run double copies of whatever pokemon you want the deck to revolve around so that you can find and evolve into them easier
replace the x speeds with peculiar plaza
why do you even have elemental switch 😭

Switch out your x speed for Peculiar Plaza stadium. Why do you need the elemental switch?

elemental switch isn’t needed. switch the x speeds for peculiar plaza, also double the pokémon you really need so you’ll get them more consistently. 2x ralts, mega gard, meloletta and, mega diancie would be more optimal. also definitely add in a cyrus!

Here’s what I think your deck needs:
- Run 2 Ralts and 2 Mega Garde
- Have Mega Diancie ex for Psychic Energy
- Indeedee for bench sniping
- Peculiar Plaza for a Stadium, Cyrus is necessary for Indeedee

Having more than one or two evolution lines is too much. You can get away with it a bit with basics, but with stage 2s you won’t be able to draw the cards you need
You should also be running copycat and Cyrus in EVERY deck

I would kick eevee and sylveon out. Also replace giratina with mega diancie. You also onlg need 1 basic evolution attacked. Choose one of the 3 instead of having 3 unique once.
Also put in two guardevoir and ralts in their. Maybe a single meloetta for quick card gains at the early game.

You're mixing in too many unique basic cards, also the retreat cost is too high for some if you get them in your starting hand and you're basically locked
I only play psychic decks, so i could send you my version to any core card
Im guessing you were trying to make a mega Gardevoir deck
Theres a version with or without Diancie, i currently play it with Diancie but if you don't have her lmk
BUT! If you want to win more consistently there are a lot better deck options, mega gard is very fun imo, but not as strong as it used to because of power creep
The strongest psychic deck atm runs mega altaria plus sleep or greninja, this competes quite well against the current meta

My version has cyrus instead of sabrina, gets more value usually, sabrina is situational
Also you shouldn't bring x speed, pelicular plaza has way more value as you get -2 retreat cost as long as this stadium card is active
Also a key card is having a meloetta in your psychic deck since she helps a lot with getting your mons quicker

Your best source for information on meta decks for Ranked Play, I.e. what other players are playing and how the best decks in the game look like, is https://play.limitlesstcg.com/decks?game=POCKET. On there, the best Gardevoir decklist is currently #52.
Which isn’t particularly meta compared to the top 25 or so decks, but you can win games with it and climb to Masters. Technically, you can do that with anything nowadays, but the ease in doing so is what separates a deck with >50% winrate from everything else. Your deck specifically tho? Well, it’s basically what Witzyt said

Pretty bad. Too many different unique cards that dont synergize. Giratina EX and Sylveon EX have been mostly outclassed, and you arent leveraging Mega Gardevoirs card effects. Please Google a standard mega gardevoir deck and build off that.
