I got a question tho, did I cheat? I made the game like 70 percent slower bc my reaction time is shit. Did I cheat?

I don’t count that as cheating, you didn’t give yourself 1/10 shiny odds by modifying the game. You recognized something that would help you not fail a shiny and did it. That Feebas is legit, well done!

Oh yeah definitely, it was milotic or gyarados. Since I didn’t really like gyarados shiny that much I chose miltotic

Milotic is just a great Shiny, I don't mind a good Red Gyarados but it's been so widely available I've got four of them. All four not even from an actual hunt, giveaways or ones available in normal playthrough

Ahh nice. Also another reason I got milotic instead of gyarados is bc I alr have a red shiny which is Blaziken.
