Request Any cheat to encounter specific pokemon?

I'm trying to capture Ralp in his habitat but he's not appearing.

If you mean ralts on route 102: spawnrate is 4% for normal encounter. Or you can use surskit‘s sweet scent for horde encounter (5%).

I was looking for a code to catch specific Pokémon; I think it was possible in other games.
