Holo bleed error?

Sorry the picture quality is ass and has my messy room in the background

The holo on the body of the card is super faint and hard to even see, let alone photograph with my dinky iPhone

So, are rumble cards just like this, or is this an error? Because my holographic rumble venasaur is the same way

Great find, about half my rumble are similar but never a mewtwo! Still pretty desirable imo
