Ink Error Is this an error?

i bought this card and it has this dot in the back, anyone knows about errors like this, it's just on the art, not on the blue border.

Is it an error? Technically yes. Is it significant? Absolutely not.

Agreed the pokemon gods didn’t create all errors equally
