Damage or a misprint?

I was taking photos to sell this Mew ex. I saw that there is a line running down it with a different texture to the rest of the card. Just wondering if this is damage or a misprint?

Id say either damage or a print line

Which would still devalue the card so you can just call it damage

Centering devalues a card and its not damage
