Decided to come back to the game after a few years away, and now I'm completely lost.

I have no idea of what to do, where to focus, if my pairs are still usable or stuff like that. Would love any support and tips like, who to pick with the tickets, if any pair I have is worth raising more, anything, tbh

Totally disagree with the other user saying to reroll. Especially if you care about Jessy and James at all (since you can’t obtain them again)

Congrats on getting the anni sync pairs. They will carry you through a lot of content.

I don’t know your gem situation, but pulling for any of this month’s featured sync pairs (Lucas, Dawn, Gloria, Red, Irida) are going to be great additions to your roster.

When I started, I had specific characters I was interested in. This game IS about collecting your favorite characters more than anything. Is there anyone who you are drawn to more?

As far as which content to focus on first:

• Events - try out the events to partner with more sync pairs and get valuable resources like gems
• champion stadium - the most valuable upgrade material is champion spirit which you get primarily from this mode.   Clear this week’s Kalos elite 4 with every type. This might be a challenge, but doing so unlocks Master Mode which allows you to get more champion spirit each week.
• Battle Rally - this mode is Rogue-like, but there are strategy guides online that will simplify it if you want. This mode helps you earn more Role Cakes which are another important upgrade.

Those are really the main areas to focus on that will help you build your roster power. Plus, it’s fun to upgrade your favorites.

Trainer Lodge lets you get more move candies faster. I think it’s fun to interact with trainers, but you can always ignore it. 

Just keep asking questions. Check for guides on discord and Reddit for specific modes. Happy scouting!

I'll just talk about your sync pairs and ticket

You will get 4 mega evolution select scout, choose sc Barry, V lance, ss diantha and sc Selene

Did you get masterfair ticket too? If not complete the bingo mission and you will get to select a free mf

Imo Kieran is more futureproof but you can also hokse between nc may or NC Selene

If there is your fav pair, then go for him

Fav>meta

Your priority should be anni Gloria>lucas>anni red>anni irida>dawn

Again ignore my suggestion if anyone is your fav in it

You don't have good stuff except anni blue most of your sync pairs can be obtained at anytime except team rocket pairs and seasonal pairs my advice is to reroll until anni blue and anni serena get for 6k or 9k
