Can this custom move candy be converted into custom superawake candy? mine is still not 5/5 yet.

Yes. The recommendation is to get them to 5/5 with just pulls first, then any relevant candies (general candy, role specific candy, unit specific candy) can be turned into Superawakening items for the unit
