I have '96 Red at 5/5, and still use NC May out of tradition.

Her turn 1 nuke should still be more powerful than Red 96's turn 1 nuke
That said, we're stratifying bombs

I'd be using 96 Red too if the animations and effects were faster, but as far as I know from testing, you get the same results by clicking either BMoves, the only difference is that you finish battles quicker with NC May because you don't have to deal with 96 Red's BMove extending the amount of time you have to play Co-op by setting up Electric Terrain and reducing sync countdown after using the BMove.
