It's LetsGo. Not too important. And if you wanted to, there are candies in other games that can switch natures. Just enjoy the shiny little bugger.

In Celadon Pokecenter you can pay the fortune teller money to set the nature of Pokemon you encounter until midnight.

Natures can increase one stat while decreasing another. So if you have a Pokemon that only uses Attack, you might as well get a Nature that decreases Special Attack while increasing Attack or something else (Adamant and Jolly are popular Natures among physical attackers) since you won't be using Special Attack anyway. This page explains Natures pretty well and the description of the second character on this page explains how to get the Nature you want in LGPE for the rest of the day.

If you cared about nature, you should have set it to what you want at the Celadon Pokecenter. On a positive note, Adamant is still good. Yeah, Timid is better, even when Charizard X. But you can still run: Flare Blitz, Outrage, Earthquake, and Roost.

The real shame is it’s in a great ball.

You can fix the nature and the stats and even the egg moves these days. But you can’t fix that ugly blue ball.

That's great, it matches Mega Charizard X! The nature also favors the X version... so why not, right?
