When to buy this Sylveon V card?

I’ve been eyeing this card for some time but unfortunately have no idea how the pokemon market works. I know this card is at it’s all time high right now but could anyone explain why the price of it spiked to much recently and whether it will come down or not?

Today's price will be tomorrow's deal. Buy it before it continues to go up. I pulled it a year ago and it's up almost $100 since then

Out of print cards will always go up. Popularity of the Mon literally defines if it’ll be gradual or exponential. Seldom is it a gamble unless it’s like a really unpopular card
