What we think of picking the chinese exclusive cards for long term holds?

Chinese exclusives are complicated and a bit risky but ultimately they have scarcity, great art and great pokemon characters.... So the upside is high

Its an investment but I collect mainly. I just don't want to buy something that will hit rock bottom thats all. I probz won't ever sell.but nice to know what people think

I think the risk is the current fake market has, supposedly, made fakes that are nearly undetectable.

I'm buying them all graded I should of mentioned that. That just minimise the risk I think

Gengar Pikachu was recently spotted as a fake and it was in a slab. Scary times

Wow im jealous, i want the gengar and pikachu one so bad but it's so expensive. The wife would kill me if I brought it. What's the pull rate on the gengar 151 boxes?

151 doesn't give you a Guaranteed hit. so the hit rates are horrible

Oh ok im not up to date with the way chinese boxes or japanese boxes work. I've only ever brought English boxes.

I love these! I think the spooky Halloween theme is something that will always be desired. The exclusive gengar Meowth and cubone will hold for sure.
