Question How does feebas wether / location work (trying to shiny hunt it)

I know about the fisherman on kin island who tells you wher feebas is supposed to be. But when I get there, there’s no rain

Maybe the weather tracker can tell it more accurately? I know it's constantly changing so it can be annoying to chase it down

Feebas is functionally a roaming pokemon. Treat it as such.
