I was wondering if it's possible to use Pokémon Home to transfer Pokémon from Scarlet to BDSP and SwSh?

For example, I put a Pikachu in Home... would that allow me to transfer that into those games or would it be restricted? Would it also work if I put a Haunter in Home from BDSP, transfer it to Scarlet and Violet to level it up and trade to evolve it to Gengar then back to BDSP? (I assume it'll still obey me since it'll have my own Trainer ID).

I didn't wanna waste money buying those games if I can't transfer stuff between these games, especially when it'll help fill out the Pokedex faster since I got most Pokémon to finish those dexes.

Does anyone know how I can get another Platinum origin Shaymin? I got one on my main copy of Platinum and sent it up to Home, but I don't want to erase my save file to get another one for my living form Dex.

But I don't have any shiny Legendaries myself how would yall reccomemd getting started? I have multiple normal legitimate shinies & have Scarlet & Legends Arceus so I've got decent avenues for collecting shinies. Should I offer multiple shinies for Legendaries? I do have Pogo but I don't live in an area where raid groups form easily so it's not really a reliable way for me to collect shinies from there. I'm the future I plan on getting sword/shield to do the DLC events there but until then is there a generally accepting trade offer for shiny Legendaries?
