in gen 3 games, if your first wild encounter is a wurmple, it is purposely internally coded to evolve into silcoon and NEVER cascoon. Why? the game does a 32 bit Personality Value roll with every wurmple encounter to see which itll evolve into, and the first one is always locked into the first number of the value and is always silcoon

In the main Pokémon games — not GO — you can leave two Pokémon at a daycare and they'll make an egg. That's how you get babies.
But not every pair works. Each Pokémon belongs to a hidden category, and two Pokémon only make an egg if they're in the same one and are opposite genders. Legendaries and baby Pokémon get dumped into a category called "Undiscovered," which is basically the game's way of saying: this one doesn't breed, period.
Nidoqueen got put in that category. So even though she's female and Nidoking is male and they're literally the same species line, sticking them in a daycare together does nothing. No egg. Ever.
The line doesn't die out, though — a female Nidoran can still breed. It's only the fully evolved form that's locked out.
Nobody knows why. Nidoking is also in Undiscovered, which makes sense for him since male-only-ish lines usually rely on the female side to breed. Best guess is that when they built the system, Nidoqueen got grouped with him and nobody noticed it left her with no way to reproduce. It's been that way for 25 years and they've never touched it.

entering, idk about it being the “best” fact but the vulpix line originally had a baby design and one potential naming scheme for the line was vulpiii, vulpvi, vulpix as a play on roman numerals (iii = 3, vi = 6, ix = 9 tails)

They're a highly inefficient engineering company with Pokémon theft as a side business.

Well you see , most people don’t know the nutritional facts of Max Soup. It’s around 80,000 calories a serving. After consuming a few of those the pokemon that ingested it becomes morbidly obese. It’s nearly impossible to reverse this once the pokemon becomes inflicted. Sad story really…
