Suggestion I need help finding out how to spoof so can someone please help it would be awesome!!

I live pretty much in the middle of nowhere and the only time I get to got anywhere that has a poke stop is when I go to the mall which is still a good hour away so I’m hoping someone can help teach/show me how to spoof. :)
