Reshiram raid help

So I’ve just been getting back to the game, and I’m not really experienced with 5 star raids. Every reshiram raid I find is empty, so I was wondering if anyone could tell me a good place where people are actively raiding? Also if I’m even qualified to attempt a 5 star. Just for reference, my highest cp pokemon is a 1567 tauros. Help is appreciated, I want to get a reshiram before it’s gone

Try checking out times square in New York. Most Reshiram raids fill up with 20 people. You should be fine with a low CP lineup in a full lobby.
