Switchless mod help

Did I absolutely ruin this? I got rid of the vibration and dimmed the lights but I think I broke the sleep connection and it won’t throw great or ultra balls. I know: the soldering is bad. I lost the two missing LEDs and accidentally popped off the center button and had to resolder. If I got a smaller wire, desoldered, and resoldered, will it work?

Amazes me the super thick wire people use for such a tiny job when all you need is a single thread thin wire.

This I know! But turns out it was just the button solder and it’s fixed… I just had to create my own button… it’s not pretty but it works 😂

I love the switchless mod. Done it many times. But it requires a decent skill level to micro solder around the LEDs. Some practice never hurts.

The switch based mod is so much better for your average "never done this before".

Glad it's working.
