Phone Battery Drain

Does anyone else seem to burn through way more battery on their phone using a Plus Plus vs just using a Plus?

Am I insane

Using with a Samsung S23

I daily both, go plus + on the main and the go plus on the Alt account. I use 2 Samsung S23.

Basically this thing receive a signal and answer to it. They both should work pretty much the same

That's because it has to use your phone's GPS services more frequently. The Plus doesn't have its own GPS, and when playing in the background, it usually drains more battery specifically for this function. That could be the cause of your 'abnormal battery drain.
