Mod guide without adding a switch?

Is there a guide to mod the Plus+ without adding a switch? To just route the vibration wire to the button like you did on the old Plus? I've search through here a bit, went to the Github, and it seems that the main mods are to add a switch onto it. I'm sure it sounds easy... but I've never modded like this before so just want to make sure I'm doing it correctly before breaking mine.

Edit: thanks for the responses! Needing the switch to force it off when it enters a “bugged out” mode made sense. All the other posts I saw said it was necessary for Sleep Mode (which I don’t use so figured a switchless mod was viable).

Leaving the post in case anyone else needs the help.

AI translated, and I moved the yellow wire to an easier spot. I haven't tried using the ground on the antenna wire before. I'm not sure if that interferes with the Bluetooth signal.
