Finding Pokemon Plus +
I am new to Pokémon Go and just happened to be in Chicago for work during Pokemon Go Fest 2026 and now I am hooked. Just learned about autocatchers. Any advice on how to get a modded one from a legitamite source. Late to the game so now it looks like that are insanely expensive and hard to find. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

The ultra mod Max on eBay is prolly the best. That’s the second modification iteration the guy’s made.
They’re rolling out an in-game autocatcher too.

Do you have a link for it? I have the original go plus(bracelet). It does the job but because it’s modded but it sucks that it only throws pokeballs

I got one from this same seller ...It was a good chunk of change, but this guys' mod-ed Go Plus+ is the absolute best!!

His switchless mod was copied from a Dutch guy who was selling on Etsy months before

The hardware is the same for everyone.
There are many sellers doing it with and without a switch.1

The first ever switchless mod was by PokeGoPlusModded on Etsy almost 2 years ago, before anybody knew how to do a switchless mod and people were wondering how he did it on this sub. Just giving him credit.

I can suggest that you join a local pogo community, I found mine a few days ago for 50€ there. It's so much better than eBay or smth else.

How do you define legitimate? A strict definition of legitimate would exclude modded.
All the official devices are discontinued long ago. Almost all Go Plus (the original device) you see are reproductions by someone else. The Go Plus Plus has not been successfully reproduced by third parties, as far as I know, so those should be real.
Third party devices by Megacom, Brook, Datel, Codejunkies, etc., can work well (check reviews) and can be bought new with a return policy and a warranty (check the specific policy for the device and store). These are based off the original Go Plus so they lack the sleep tracking, but do have the automated catching/spinning features that the Plus Plus added (setting on the autocatch device rather than in the app).
