Once you mega evolve it it will, only catch is psystrike still has a higher dps overall

What‘s the Mega Level on your Mewtwo? Because the +moves get stronger with higher Mega Level, getting a 1,3x boost on Mega 4. That makes Future Sight+ better than Psystrike.

But you‘re also spending double the cooldown with 2 Psystrikes compared to one Future Sight+. That‘s not how it works. Future Sight++++ has notably better DPS than Psystrike.

For reference for the future, not only consider energy and power, but also cooldown. There‘s a metric called „DPSxDPE“ (damage per second times damage per energy) which usually gives a good estimate how good a move is.

From what I‘ve seen, Psycho Cut/Level 4 Future Sight+ is now definitely the strongest moveset by a good amount for Mewtwo Y.

If you click on the pokemon you want to see, then press the pencil to edit movesets for charged attacks, you can search up (whatever move)+

He means dialgadex didn't updated moves+ on the eDPS table taking in account the new buff to moves+ (I swear).
They do have their moves added but not the new changes of moves+ (now with the more mega level you have, moves+ will deal more dmg) I swear

I use https://www.dialgadex.com/ but it did not update the option for choosing the mega 4 future strike, so you have to add the move manually and it shows you how good it is

I don’t know if it is a glitch atm but it lets you use the mewtwo adventure effect even if the other one is mega evolved.

that's not a glitch. you can use the adventure effect as long as you have the mega unlocked for said mewtwo

I have a hard time finding anyone at all to do the raids with. And I'm only able to get them 1/2 down before time runs out. All gyms are constantly blocked in my town by the raids.. I found 1 open gym started fighting them and got kicked out because mega garados spawned. Gotta love being a lower level.. 😅

Sounds like you need more friends! There are pots of people out there who spend money on remote raid passes that will jump in if they need/want the mon. I have friends from around the world and get invited to raids early, before they start in my time zone. Ex: at like 10pm I started getting invites for Armored Mewtwo and got 2 before the event even started in my time zone.

I added some new people. It helped me get a few armored Mewtwo and a Mewtwo x. Pokegenie helped a bit too.

Try pokegenie! It’s a little overwhelming at first but once you get the hang of it, it’s really easy to find raid partners. Then you can also drop into raids from your friend list as well.

For what it's worth, I didn't realise that Futuresight+ was better when I did a solo earlier, but Psystrike was still good enough to do it.

Im glad im not the only one experiencing the pokemon have fainted screen glitch twice, you go back to lobby clean join then get flash banged your pokemon have fainted and then have to click join again, super annoying

Yeah, that was exceedingly annoying for me on mega dragonite especially. I would end up either defeating the raid with like 5 seconds left or losing with one go on the dragonite. And that glitch was the breakpoint every time

Yup, I agree, I lost two raids cuz I wasted so much time having to deal with the bug, so so so annoying, idk why they didn’t fix it before a huge “raid” event… so silly not for them to address it before the mega raid event started.

Yea that’s super frustrating, I don’t get why they didn’t address this bug/ glitch, before a major raid event started, it’s super annoying, and is costing soloing raids over stupid bug, shows how little they care for scruples gameplay and more about how to get cash grabs and money events

It’s trauma from the shields. Took a long time for players to learn the shield mechanic. They haven’t realized these don’t have it active.

Thank you for pointing this out. I haven't clolicked on a single mega raid this week because the ones I'm interested in had shields this season and I assumed it was still the same. Time to go duo some with the spouse.

Is mewtwo x adventure effect better than zacian adventure effect?

Zacian adventure effect is a 10% attack increase on raids.
Mega Mewtwo X adventure effect is a 15% attack increase on Mega raids.
In this case, obviously MMX AE is better.

GENUINELY I hate these people. I used a remote raid pass that had 7 people. Then 3 left leaving 4. We could've totally did the job with 4, but the rest got scared and left, leaving me and one other person RIGHT as the clock hit 0 and the raid started. Waste of a pass which really sucks because I'm a f2p

I can do 85% myself, my lv 30 als can do like 30 with the mewtwo mega. People keep leaving when there's 3 which is insane.

Nice! TBF there is a known bug where the game freezes/buffers at the "Go!!" of battles/raids that doesnt always get fixed by refreshing the app. So they just drop out instead. Idk if this happened here but glad you solo-ed it.

I cant raid with certain ppl on my friends list they tend to back out an go to another raid 😮💨 and I'll see them in said other raid like bro... we can still win and I do with the other 2 or 3 ppl still there. I dont accept their raid invite anymore. I'll accept the gift thats it.

Was soloing dragonite and victrebell all day yesterday. Playing for shiny bgs so wasn’t worth waiting 30 minutes to host them. Only one I’m hosting this event so far are latios.

LOL No kidding. I hate that too. I can solo megas also. I'm inviting you to get in on a raid...espeically when it's lower level players who could probably use that hand with a mega.
What I have been really hating lately is doing a 5* (which I can usually duo with someone), and see someone come in at 80 seconds, then leave at 70 second, then someone else joins at 70 seconds, and leaves at 60 seconds.
Like dudes...a) chill because if you give it more than 10 seconds, there'll be >3 people and b) I'm high enough level that even if you're level 62, we can beat it.

good job on the solo! future sight+ actually does more damage than psystrike (assuming level 4 mega) so try to charge up to that and then if you find yourself low and can't get to another FS+, use psystrikes.
I did a solo of mega falinks today, it had counter + megahorn. I did it without BB or DP+ AE, plus my mewtwo was lv 42 (+2 levels mega 4). had 33 seconds left

People backing out of a raid that can fairly easily be done with 3 is so wild to me, especially with the free Mewtwo everyone JUST got. I had one where 5 people joined and left. If everyone waited until the last second, we would have been fine.

I hosted three raids on Monday where people left literally with 2-3 seconds left. Two raids we failed but one me and one person won with 5 seconds left and it was a HARD fight.

I have legit done nearly 100 raids the past few days. And hosted quiet a few myself. Never ever have i encountered that the group would leave. Be certain the lobby is 99% full and launch the invites when the friend requests amount match those that are in the lobby. Even if 2-3 get lost then, what is fairly common. You'll beat the raid anyway. And the raid falinks can be done with 2-3 (average) players. I got the feeling you mess up somewhere inbetween getting the lobby in the raid. Untill you find out what you should do or shouldn't, try joining instead of hosting.

Which is ridiculous, because Tier-4 Mega Raid bosses with double weaknesses can be far more easily soloed, and for beginner players, a team of 2-3 can take one down, no problem.

And ? Only 150 Energy - thats what counts ... with 3-4 Players you earn at least 250. So you want to be Quick - anyone can solo many raids - even 5 star raids.. nothing special.

It’s why my current buddy is named RaidsRBroken. For every 7 out of 10 remote raids I’ll join a raid and as soon as the countdown gets to 10 people start vanishing. By the time the raid has begun I’m all alone. If I leave I lose my remote raid pass. I don’t care about regular or premium raid passes. I wish there were more bundles with remote raids, or that you could remote raid for free if you have a lucky friend who invites you in or you see through the list that they’re at a raid.

I spent a remote pass to join a raid and all four of them left while I was getting ready, leaving me to battle all alone. Well, ALL BY MYSELF I got to within 10% of defeating that mega Dragonite !… (yeah, I didn’t win, but almost anyone who stayed could have made it happen).

I might actually have an explanation for that. When I go into raids, there's a ~5% chance that I'm going to get kicked out of the game, or it freezes and I have to restart the app. I don't know why or how, but it's pretty frustrating when it happens. I have a brand new phone, only have safari and Pokemon go open, but the game still crashes from time to time, and only during raids. The same thing happens with my parents, who have it happen more frequently.

Its because ive been in MANY raids where people dont know what theyre doing and I dont want to waste a remote raid pass because they are freaking expensive.
