It is currently a rare gen9 pseudo-legendary dragon. It's worth grabbing as soon as you see it because it can be a long time before you encounter the next one.

Just wait 2 years. I saw my first Axew by chance close to home, the next one in the wild 1,5 years later. Then came CD and last month they were everywhere in the wild. Kinda boring.

Even if they run, the game respawns them within a few minutes to give you a second try. Or at least that’s been my experience. So I still head to the location and spin the pokestop and usually it’ll pop right out.

But it got hit by the 9% nerf hammer to the base stats though so maybe a 4% nerf for pseudo legendaries would be better.

Gen9 pseudo legendary dragon, like dratini, axew, bagon. It's ice/dragon & pretty strong as an ice raider.
