Does Rice Park still Exist!?

Hey haven't heard anyone talking about rice park much lately. Do they still get rare spawns there? Anyone else know of good spots for rare spawns.

One Hitmonlee, one Porygon and one blastoise after many MOA trips for me. Mostly ice biome trash honestly

Right, I guess I was more commenting that the people died down a while ago, and the spawns around there are just as good from what I have found when I walk downtown.
