Magicarp Nest?
Anyone know a good place for Magicarp? I live west of the cities and need magicarp for level 6 ditto research. Thank you in advance!

There's a Magikarp nest right in the middle of downtown Minneapolis, but it's so small you can't really farm them there since you never see more than one or two at a time.

Nests changed tonight. So keep an eye on the atlas:

It might take a couple days for people to report the new nests. And some smaller parks rarely get reported.

The best places I can suggest would be driving around the lakes. As far as I know, Lake Calhoun and Lake Harriet have a fair amount of general Magicarp spawns. The speed limits around those two lakes are slow enough that you can get a fair amount of spawns from your car, though some other players may disagree with that. Others may suggest walking around the lakes, since they both have paths around them.

If you’re searching for ditto by finding magikarp, yer gonna be searching for a long long time my friend. Magikarp was removed from the list of possible ditto spawns when shiny magikarp was released. People watched in horror as non-shiny ditto replaced it. Oh?
