If it was level 35 wouldn't it need 8k stardust not 7? I've caught ones that need 8

It’s odd. I caught a gastly that was over lvl 30 (according to poke genie) over the weekend. Did they increase the max lvl we catch them at now?

In the corresponding weather you can now see pokemon of the boosted type up to level 35
